Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2013 Christies in Paris held the auction Collection Sébastien et Nancy de la Selle, which included the work Sans Titre by Hans van Hoek. The price achieved of EUR 687.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hans van Hoek achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Black water in June 2000 with an auction result of NLG 39,786.80 (€ 16,977.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2013 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Collection Sébastien et Nancy de la Selle durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre von Hans van Hoek zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 687,50 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hans van Hoek erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Black water im Juni 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 39.786,80 (€ 16.977,65).
