Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bowl within a bowl by Hans van Hoek was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2009. The price achieved of EUR 9,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Hans van Hoek have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2000 the work Black water was auctioned for NLG 39,786.80 (€ 16,977.65).

Die Arbeit Bowl within a bowl von Hans van Hoek wurde im Juni 2009 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Hans van Hoek konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2000 die Arbeit Black water für NLG 39.786,80 (€ 16.977,65) versteigert.
