The work Sitzende. by Hans Schmitz was auctioned at Grisebach in June 2018. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,625.00. Admittedly, works by Hans Schmitz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abwehr. in June 2017 with an auction result of EUR 8,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sitzende. von Hans Schmitz kam im Juni 2018 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.625,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Schmitz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abwehr. im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.750,00.
