Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April this year Christies in New York held the auction The Sale of the Century: An Important Corporate Collection of Prints and Multiples: Online, which included the work Ten One Day Walks From And To Kyoto July 1994, from A Series of Twelve Prints by Six Artists by Hamish Fulton. Here, the upper estimate of USD 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 630.00 (€ 570.65). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hamish Fulton achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled: Day 2, Wales England, Summer 1987 in April 2013 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,601.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion The Sale of the Century: An Important Corporate Collection of Prints and Multiples: Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ten One Day Walks From And To Kyoto July 1994, from A Series of Twelve Prints by Six Artists von Hamish Fulton zur Versteigerung kam.
