Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (#HS-16); Untitled; Untitled; & Untitled by Hajime Sorayama was sold in the No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. The price achieved of HKD 25,200.00 (€ 3,019.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hajime Sorayama achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sexy Robot, Life Size Seating Model B in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 5,750,000.00 (€ 651,307.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (#HS-16); Untitled; Untitled; & Untitled von Hajime Sorayama wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 25.200,00 (€ 3.019,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hajime Sorayama erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sexy Robot, Life Size Seating Model B im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.750.000,00 (€ 651.307,65).
