Sold at the lower estimate price
In November 2013 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary, Stockholm, which included the work "Ruth Green, Pregnant" by Guy Johnson. The result of SEK 40,000.00 (€ 4,489.20) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Guy Johnson have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2012 the work California Moon was auctioned for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,565.95).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2013 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Ruth Green, Pregnant" von Guy Johnson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 4.489,20) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Guy Johnson konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2012 die Arbeit California Moon für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.565,95) versteigert.
