Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2017 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II, which included the work Landscape by Gu Yun. It changed hands for a price of HKD 29,500.00 (€ 3,482.06) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gu Yun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Reminiscence Of Hometown in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,125,000.00 (€ 132,790.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2017 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Gu Yun zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 29.500,00 (€ 3.482,06) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gu Yun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Reminiscence Of Hometown im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.125.000,00 (€ 132.790,27).
