A top price for Gu Yun
When the work Reminiscence Of Hometown by Gu Yun was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - HKD 300,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than three times as high at HKD 1,125,000.00 (€ 132,790.27). This high result makes Reminiscence Of Hometown the most expensive artwork by Gu Yun that we have observed at auctions so far.

Als die Arbeit Reminiscence Of Hometown von Gu Yun im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches.
