The work Lakeside Residence By Willows by Gu Yun was worth HKD 212,500.00 (€ 23,927.82) to a buyer in October 2018. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Gu Yun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reminiscence Of Hometown in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,125,000.00 (€ 132,790.27).

Die Arbeit Lakeside Residence By Willows von Gu Yun war einem Käufer im Oktober 2018 HKD 212.500,00 (€ 23.927,82) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gu Yun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reminiscence Of Hometown im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.125.000,00 (€ 132.790,27).
