Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Gottardo Segantini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Grisebach in January 2021. In the Online Only 2020/2021 - OO 5 -3F- 18.12.20-10.1.21 auction, the work „Engadina“. sold for EUR 2,375.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gottardo Segantini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blick Ins Oberengadin, 1947 View Into Upper Engadin, 1947 in November 2008 with an auction result of CHF 422,500.00 (€ 273,589.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gottardo Segantini erzielte im Januar 2021 bei Grisebach einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - OO 5 -3F- 18.12.20-10.1.21 wurde die Arbeit „Engadina“. für EUR 2.375,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gottardo Segantini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blick Ins Oberengadin, 1947 View Into Upper Engadin, 1947 im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 422.500,00 (€ 273.589,88).
