In July 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master & British Drawings including French Masterworks from the Dormeuil Collection, which included the work A Group Of Studies Of Neapolitan Figures, Including: A Neapolitan Girl With A Basket; A Girl With A Basket, Her Hands Under Her Apron; A Girl With A Bundle; A Girl With A Fringed Cloak by Giovanni Battista Lusieri. The result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,426.74) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Battista Lusieri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Panoramic view of Rome from Piazza San Pietro in Montorio on the Janiculum: From Saint Peter's to the Chiesa Nuova with San Giovanni dei Fiorentini and Castel Sant' Angelo in July 2013 with an auction result of GBP 481,875.00 (€ 550,626.18).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.426,74) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00.
