Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Bruxelles 1989 by Gianni Berengo Gardin for EUR 400.00. This price was achieved in the auction Photographs at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 450.00 – 550.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gianni Berengo Gardin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vaporetto, 1960 in June 2012 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 29,408.15).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Bruxelles 1989 von Gianni Berengo Gardin für EUR 400,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Photographs bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 450,00 – 550,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gianni Berengo Gardin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vaporetto, 1960 im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 29.408,15).
