Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Gerrit Willem Dijsselhof achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Amsterdam in May 2007. In the Modern and Contemporary Art auction, the work Dutch Ponen sold for EUR 3,360.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Gerrit Willem Dijsselhof have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flamengo'S in May 2006 with an auction result of EUR 15,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gerrit Willem Dijsselhof erzielte im Mai 2007 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Dutch Ponen für EUR 3.360,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerrit Willem Dijsselhof auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flamengo'S im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.600,00.
