In November 2019 Grisebach held the auction Herbst 2019 - Third Floor, which included the work Birkenallee am See. by Franz Heckendorf. Here, the estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,187.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Franz Heckendorf achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Partie am Wannsee. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 56,250.00.
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2019 führte Grisebach die Auktion Herbst 2019 - Third Floor durch, in der auch die Arbeit Birkenallee am See. von Franz Heckendorf zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.187,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Franz Heckendorf erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Partie am Wannsee. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 56.250,00.
