It achieved a price of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,779.99), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francis Davison - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled 9-9 (Fawn, White, Red And Green), which sold at auction in November 2010 for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,709.36).

Die Arbeit Condemned House von Francis Davison kam im November 2010 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.779,99) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Für andere Arbeiten von Francis Davison mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled 9-9 (Fawn, White, Red And Green) beobachtet, die im November 2010 für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.709,36) versteigert wurde.
