Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Flora Yukhnovich achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in October last year. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction, the work Study sold for GBP 50,400.00 (€ 58,715.44) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Flora Yukhnovich achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Warm, Wet ‘N’ Wild in March last year with an auction result of GBP 2,697,000.00 (€ 3,197,597.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Flora Yukhnovich erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale wurde die Arbeit Study für GBP 50.400,00 (€ 58.715,44) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Flora Yukhnovich erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Warm, Wet ‘N’ Wild im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.697.000,00 (€ 3.197.597,04).
