In March 2008 Phillips in London held the auction Saturday@Phillips, which included the work Ain: Soph: Aleph by Fernando Canovas. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,496.09), 46% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Fernando Canovas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 55,000.00 (€ 49,393.80).

Im März 2008 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Saturday@Phillips durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ain: Soph: Aleph von Fernando Canovas zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.496,09) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fernando Canovas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 55.000,00 (€ 49.393,80).
