The work Houses Along The Delaware by Fern Coppedge was sold in the American Paintings auction at Sothebys in New York in April 2011. The »bidding war« ended at USD 40,625.00 (€ 27,410.43), 35% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Fern Coppedge have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Village Hillside in June 2016 with an auction result of USD 162,500.00 (€ 147,298.77).

Die Arbeit Houses Along The Delaware von Fern Coppedge wurde im April 2011 in der Auktion American Paintings bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 40.625,00 (€ 27.410,43) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fern Coppedge auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Village Hillside im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 162.500,00 (€ 147.298,77).
