Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2014 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Mount Fuji by Fantchunpi. The price achieved of HKD 36,800.00 (€ 3,422.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fantchunpi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Buddha in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 391,000.00 (€ 37,103.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2014 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mount Fuji von Fantchunpi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 36.800,00 (€ 3.422,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fantchunpi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Buddha im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 391.000,00 (€ 37.103,87).
