Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Fang Jizhong achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in October last year. In the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Deer In Autumn sold for HKD 42,000.00 (€ 5,382.12) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fang Jizhong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Goats In The Autumn Woods in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 2,560,000.00 (€ 263,559.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Fang Jizhong erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei China Guardian einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Deer In Autumn für HKD 42.000,00 (€ 5.382,12) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fang Jizhong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Goats In The Autumn Woods im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.560.000,00 (€ 263.559,46).
