In the Old Master & 19th Century Art auction, the work Navire, Barques Et Personnages À Marée Basse sold for EUR 4,550.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis-Gabriel-Eugène Isabey achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bateaux échoués (Honfleur, Low Tide) in October 2004 with an auction result of USD 153,100.00 (€ 120,116.11).
