Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2017 Christies in New York held the auction First Open | Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Peach by Erik Lindman. The price achieved of USD 4,000.00 (€ 3,382.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Erik Lindman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in September 2016 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,470.55).
