Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two works: (i) Smoke and Mirrors #21; (ii) Smoke and Mirrors #23 by Eileen Quinlan was auctioned at Phillips in New York in November 2013. The price achieved of USD 10,000.00 (€ 7,349.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Eileen Quinlan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2021 the work Venus Mount, 2020 was auctioned for USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,390.69).
