Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Regeneration by Ed Paschke for USD 11,970.00 (€ 10,193.31). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ed Paschke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bag Boots in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 245,000.00 (€ 179,618.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Regeneration von Ed Paschke für USD 11.970,00 (€ 10.193,31) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ed Paschke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bag Boots im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 245.000,00 (€ 179.618,77).
