A top price for Doris Salcedo
This work without title by Doris Salcedo was sold in the Latin America auction at Phillips in New York in November 2015. The »bidding war« ended at USD 665,000.00 (€ 629,615.60), 33% above the upper estimate. With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by Doris Salcedo that we have observed at auctions so far.
