Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Grief (Ditch of Kerch) by Dmitri Baltermants was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in London in May 2014. The price achieved of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,837.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Dmitri Baltermants have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2013 the work Grief (Ditch of Kertsch) was auctioned for USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,114.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Grief (Ditch of Kerch) von Dmitri Baltermants wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.837,90) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Dmitri Baltermants konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2013 die Arbeit Grief (Ditch of Kertsch) für USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.114,76) versteigert.
