Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2010 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Old Masters and 19th Century Art, which included the work An extensive Rhine landscape with figures conversing outside a town gate by Dionijs Verburgh. It changed hands for a price of EUR 7,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Dionijs Verburgh have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work An Extensive River Landscape With Huntsmen In The Foreground, A Town Beyond was auctioned for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 11,153.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2010 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Masters and 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit An extensive Rhine landscape with figures conversing outside a town gate von Dionijs Verburgh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 7.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Dionijs Verburgh konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit An Extensive River Landscape With Huntsmen In The Foreground, A Town Beyond für GBP 8.750,00 (€ 11.153,11) versteigert.
