This artwork by Dike Blair achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in July 2019. In the Contemporary Art Online | New York auction, the work without title sold for USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,695.42) - well above the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dike Blair - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in June 2013 for USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,166.79).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Dike Blair erzielte im Juli 2019 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | New York wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.695,42) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dike Blair mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Juni 2013 für USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.166,79) versteigert wurde.
