In October 2017 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction, which included the work Kurt Cobain's Greenhouse by Dexter Dalwood. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 93,750.00 (€ 106,893.35), 34% above the upper estimate. Other works by Dexter Dalwood have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 144,000.00 (€ 213,474.83) in February 2007 for the work Brian Jones' Swimming Pool.

Im Oktober 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kurt Cobain's Greenhouse von Dexter Dalwood zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 93.750,00 (€ 106.893,35) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Dexter Dalwood haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 144.000,00 (€ 213.474,83) im Februar 2007 für die Arbeit Brian Jones' Swimming Pool beobachtet.
