Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Viewer by Derek Boshier was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2003. It changed hands for a price of GBP 493.50 (€ 645.04) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Derek Boshier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Man Versus Look, Versus Life, Versus Time, Versus Man About in June 2019 with an auction result of GBP 237,500.00 (€ 266,985.22).
