Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (G+W) by Dean Levin was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in April 2018. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,847.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Dean Levin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work White Lines (Diptych) in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 25,853.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (G+W) von Dean Levin wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.847,23) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dean Levin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit White Lines (Diptych) im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 25.853,47).
