The work The Dancers by David Wynne was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,019.16), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Wynne achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boy with a Dolphin in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 353,000.00 (€ 413,681.16).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.019,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Wynne erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Boy with a Dolphin im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 353.000,00 (€ 413.681,16).
