This work without title by David Korty was auctioned at Christies in London in March 2014. The auction ended at the price of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,631.05), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by David Korty have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Santa Monica) in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 34,600.00 (€ 23,556.64).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von David Korty kam im März 2014 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.631,05) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Korty auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Santa Monica) im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 34.600,00 (€ 23.556,64).
