Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 23,750.00 (€ 20,975.01) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Johnson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View From New Windsor, Hudson River in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 722,500.00 (€ 584,357.81).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 20.975,01) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00.
