Lawrence of Stockton, Massachusetts, in a landscape, full face in brown coat, white waistcoat and black cravat; sky, sea and castle background changed hands for GBP 470.00 (€ 768.20) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Daniel Saint achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of Josephine, Empress Of The French (1763-1814), Circa 1805 in December 2018 with an auction result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 16,711.33).
