Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (postFarm) by Daniel Hesidence was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March 2008. It changed hands for a price of USD 5,625.00 (€ 3,559.00) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Daniel Hesidence achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 74,500.00 (€ 51,822.48).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (postFarm) von Daniel Hesidence kam im März 2008 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 3.559,00) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Daniel Hesidence erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 74.500,00 (€ 51.822,48).
