Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2019 Phillips in Bidding Closes held the auction Unbound: Online Auction, which included the work Deranged Lunatic by Dan Attoe. The price achieved of USD 1,000.00 (€ 892.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dan Attoe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Complicated Animals in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,613.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2019 führte Phillips in Bidding Closes die Auktion Unbound: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Deranged Lunatic von Dan Attoe zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.000,00 (€ 892,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 800,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dan Attoe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Complicated Animals im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 12.613,14).
