Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lilies by Elizabeth Violet Blackadder was auctioned at Bonhams in Edinburgh in May last year. The price achieved of GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,499.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elizabeth Violet Blackadder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cats And Orchids in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 37,250.00 (€ 46,411.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lilies von Elizabeth Violet Blackadder kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Edinburgh zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.825,00 (€ 4.499,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
