Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2017 Sothebys in New York held the auction American Art, which included the work Winter Scene, Nebraska by Dale William Nichols. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 62,500.00 (€ 52,529.84). Other works by Dale William Nichols have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 112,500.00 (€ 99,672.19) in November 2021 for the work Farm Scene.
