The work Spring Snow (Key of D Major) by Dale William Nichols was sold in the American Art Online auction at Christies in New York in November 2018. The »bidding war« ended at USD 35,000.00 (€ 30,910.54), 40% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dale William Nichols - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Farm Scene, which sold at auction in November 2021 for USD 112,500.00 (€ 99,672.19).

Die Arbeit Spring Snow (Key of D Major) von Dale William Nichols wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion American Art Online bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 30.910,54) und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Dale William Nichols mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Farm Scene beobachtet, die im November 2021 für USD 112.500,00 (€ 99.672,19) versteigert wurde.
