It achieved a price of EUR 235,500.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 47 %. Other works by Daan van Golden have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 266,500.00 in November 2016 for the work Schilderij 1964 Recht van Voren Gezien (Painting 1964 Seen Directly from the Front).
