This work without title by Daan van Golden was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art: Amsterdam auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2020. It achieved a price of EUR 6,250.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Daan van Golden achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Schilderij 1964 Recht van Voren Gezien (Painting 1964 Seen Directly from the Front) in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 266,500.00.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Daan van Golden wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art: Amsterdam bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 6.250,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Daan van Golden erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Schilderij 1964 Recht van Voren Gezien (Painting 1964 Seen Directly from the Front) im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 266.500,00.
