In January 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction From Taddeo to Tiepolo: The Dr. John O’Brien Collection of Old Master Drawings, which included the work Study for the Translation of the Relics of Saints Acutius and Eutychetes from Pozzuoli to Naples by Corrado Giaquinto. The »bidding war« ended at USD 100,800.00 (€ 83,065.51), 68% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Corrado Giaquinto - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Maria Immaculata mit dem Propheten Elias., which sold at auction in March 2008 for CHF 408,000.00 (€ 260,185.51).

Im Januar 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion From Taddeo to Tiepolo: The Dr. John O’Brien Collection of Old Master Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Study for the Translation of the Relics of Saints Acutius and Eutychetes from Pozzuoli to Naples von Corrado Giaquinto zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 100.800,00 (€ 83.065,51) und damit 68% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Corrado Giaquinto mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Maria Immaculata mit dem Propheten Elias. beobachtet, die im März 2008 für CHF 408.000,00 (€ 260.185,51) versteigert wurde.
