In the Passion & Humanity: The Susie Tompkins Buell Collection auction, the work Two Hands sold for USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,551.38) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Consuelo Kanaga - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Profile of a Young Girl from the Tennessee Series, which sold at auction in April 2019 for USD 106,250.00 (€ 94,857.60).
