Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Consuelo Kanaga achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Profile of a Young Girl from the Tennessee Series in April 2019 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 94,857.60).

Die Arbeit Sunflower von Consuelo Kanaga kam im April 2019 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.253,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Consuelo Kanaga erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Profile of a Young Girl from the Tennessee Series im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 94.857,60).
