The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,438.45) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Conrad Wise Chapman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work City Of Mexico From The Hacienda De Los Morales in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 348,500.00 (€ 329,457.36).
