It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,465.66), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Conrad Wise Chapman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work City Of Mexico From The Hacienda De Los Morales in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 348,500.00 (€ 329,457.36).
