Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2017 Phillips in New York held the auction The Odyssey of Collecting: Photographs from Joy of Giving Something Foundation, Part 2, which included the work Untitled (two girls on curb) by Chris Killip. Here, the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,883.89). Other works by Chris Killip have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,933.08) in April 2014 for the work Rocker And Rosie Going Home, Seacoal Beach, Lynemouth, Northumberland, Uk, 1984.

Im April 2017 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion The Odyssey of Collecting: Photographs from Joy of Giving Something Foundation, Part 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (two girls on curb) von Chris Killip zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.883,89) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Chris Killip haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.625,00 (€ 12.933,08) im April 2014 für die Arbeit Rocker And Rosie Going Home, Seacoal Beach, Lynemouth, Northumberland, Uk, 1984 beobachtet.
