Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Chiyu Uemae was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in April this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 40,320.00 (€ 41,174.61). Admittedly, works by Chiyu Uemae have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2018 with an auction result of HKD 2,980,000.00 (€ 325,578.41).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Chiyu Uemae kam im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 40.320,00 (€ 41.174,61) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chiyu Uemae auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.980.000,00 (€ 325.578,41).
