A top price for Chimei Hamada - as previously expected
In December 2010 Christies in London held the auction Old Master & Decorative, Modern & Contemporary Prints, which included the work A Collection by Chimei Hamada. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,160.00) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A Collection is the most expensive artwork by Chimei Hamada that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Dezember 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Old Master & Decorative, Modern & Contemporary Prints durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Collection von Chimei Hamada zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.160,00) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist A Collection das teuerste Kunstwerk von Chimei Hamada, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
